 5th week of my OJT For 6 days, our team worked on repairing and installing internet and cable connections in different areas. On Day 1, we repaired damaged cables and fixed internet connections in President Roxas. On Day 2, we went to Barangay Manongol with the technicians to repair the cable of Mr. Michael Clarito. After fixing it, his connection was restored. On Day 3, we installed a new internet connection in Barangay Saguing, Makilala, Cotabato. On Day 4, together with the technicians, we went to Purok 1, Putol Kalye, Balindog, Kidapawan City to install internet for Mr. Michael De-Asis. On Day 5, we spent the whole day repairing a mainline in Poblacion, Makilala. On Day 6, we installed cable and internet connection in Lower Manongol, Kidapawan City.

 4th week of OJT In six days, the work moved across different barangays, bringing and restoring internet connections. Day 1 started with an installation at Mr. Tupas’ residence in Brgy. Bulacanon. Day 2 focused on repairing the connection of Mrs. Brillantes in Brgy. Mua-an. Day 3 and Day 4 involved modem replacements in Phase Sandawa, Kidapawan City and Brgy. Poblacion, Makilala. By Day 5 and Day 6, installations continued in Lopez Street and Purok 4, Pendaton Street in Kidapawan City—ending the week with more homes successfully connected.

Week 3 of my OJT journey    March 2 : We installed internet for Mr. Aguanta in Nuangan with the technician. Day 2: We received a complaint from EVA Vista Resort in Mua-an about a 3-day internet outage and informed the technicians for repair. Day 3: We replaced a defective modem at Manongol Barangay Hall to restore the signal. Day 4: We went to Makilala to check and install internet for a subscriber and later repaired cables in another area. Day 5: We installed internet for a subscriber on Rizal Street , Kidapawan City . Day 6: We went to Purok 3-B Relocation , Magsaysay, Kidapawan City to install cable and internet, then continued to other job orders. SUMMARIZATION March 2 – Day 6: We installed internet for subscribers, replaced a defective modem, responded to an internet outage complaint at EVA Vista Resort in Mua-an, and repaired cables in different areas including Nuangan, Manongol, Makilala, Rizal Street, and Purok 3-B Relocation in Magsaysay, Kidapawan City.

 Second Week On-the-Job Training (OJT): First Day: We went to the field to fix a weak WiFi signal . I helped the technicians carry tools. Second Day: We repaired a damaged cable in Saguing, Kidapawan . I helped prepare the materials. Third Day: We replaced a modem in Saguing, Makilala because it had no signal. I helped set up the new modem. Fourth Day: We installed a new internet connection . I assisted the technicians. Fifth Day: We checked a slow internet connection . I helped test the signal. Sixth Day: We visited different areas to fix internet problems. I assisted the technicians during the repairs.

  First Week On-the-Job Training (OJT): During my first week of OJT starting February 19, 2026 , we were given an orientation by the Senior Manager, Dominador Tayabas, about our tasks, responsibilities, rules, and schedules. Throughout the week, I assisted technicians in responding to customer complaints, including fixing internet issues in the barracks in Kidapawan and repairing blurry cable connections near KDHI. We also handled a job order to install WiFi cables in Sambrano. Later in the week, I was assigned to assist customers in the office by addressing their internet and cable concerns. On the sixth day, we processed cable disconnection requests and continued handling service-related job orders.
